  Definitely do not recommend. She doesn't want to listen to you, she just wants to hand you her diet plan. Told me that low vitamin D wasn't a real issue and that eating things like grilled tuna (seafood in general) isn't good for your body. According to Dr. Richards, everything positive that I've ever read about eating seafood was a "myth". Most bizarre appointment I've ever been to. I certainly will not go back. I wish someone had warned me.
