  Professional, interested and compassionate and made both of my parents comfortable and heard. Everything was explained clearly and we could watch the tests and the results on high tech screens. It was very educational. The hearing aid options were wide and my father is very happy with his new ones. There was no pressure to buy and my mother was doing well on her tests so was advised she didn't need any devices. I was thoroughly happy with the process and results.
